Lemon Cheese

This was the very first product introduced under the Welsh Speciality Foods brand and is indicative of our ethos of offering products as close to home made as you can get. There are no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives in our Lemon Cheese, something we try to achieve across the whole range. We’ve tweaked the recipe over the years, it’s now made with just four ingredients, sugar, eggs, lemons and butter.     Perfection in  a jar.
